Peter Petherick
Peter James Petherick (25 September 1942 – 7 June 2015) was a New Zealand cricketer who represented New Zealand in six Test cricket matches between October 1976 and March 1977 as an off-spinner. He is one of two New Zealand bowlers to achieve a hat-trick in Test matches. He is one of only three players, along with Maurice Allom and Damien Fleming, to have taken a hat-trick on Test debut. Domestic career Making his first-class debut at 33, he played for Otago from 1975–76 to 1977–78, and for Wellington from 1978–79 to 1980–81. In his fifth match he took 9 for 93 in the first innings against Northern Districts, and he finished the 1975–76 season with 42 wickets at 20.13. Tony Kreft
Anthony John Kreft (27 March 1945 – 15 September 2023) was a New Zealand rugby union player. A prop, Kreft represented at a provincial level, and was a member of the New Zealand national side, the All Blacks, on their 1968 tour of Australia. Andrew Hore
Andrew Keith Hore (born 13 September 1978) is a former New Zealand rugby union player. He played for the All Blacks between 2002 and 2013. His position was hooker. He notably played for the Hurricanes in Super Rugby, but also represented the Highlanders and the Crusaders. When available, he played for Taranaki in the ITM Cup, now known as the Mitre 10 Cup. Hore retired from international rugby after playing during the 2013 All Black Northern Hemisphere tour, with a total of 83 test caps to his name. Tania Murray Haigh (formerly Dixon, née Murray; born 3 October 1970) is a former New Zealand high jumper and triple jumper. She won the gold medal in the women's high jump representing her country at the 1990 Commonwealth Games, and won eight national athletic championship titles. Early life Murray was born in Ranfurly on 3 October 1970. As a child she suffered from several illnesses, including hepatitis, rheumatic fever, glandular fever and growths of her knees.
