Manhattan Motorcars is a New York City mega luxury car dealership service provider. It is the only official Lamborghini, Bentley, Rolls-Royce North America, Rolls-Royce, Spyker Cars, Spyker, Porsche, Bugatti Automobiles, Bugatti and Lotus Cars, Lotus dealer in NYC. It is located at 270 Eleventh Avenue in a building that belongs to Michael Dezer, who is an influential real estate developer and car collector. After 20 years of selling Porsches at its original location, in 2014, it was announced that Porsche and Manhattan Motorcars were building a new Porsche NYC headquarters on Eleventh Avenue (Manhattan), 11th Avenue. The new location would be 125,000 square feet with the rights to build out another 60,000 square feet. Eleventh Avenue is a north–south thoroughfare on the far West Side of the borough of Manhattan in New York City, located near the Hudson River. Eleventh Avenue originates in the Meatpacking District in the Greenwich Village and West Village neighborhoods at Gansevoort Street, where Eleventh Avenue, Tenth Avenue, and West Street intersect. The ''Five Towns Jewish Times'' is a weekly newspaper serving the Jewish communities of the Five Towns in southwestern Nassau County, New York, and the greater New York area, covering the area's large and growing Orthodox Jewish community. The paper grew out of publisher Larry Gordon's response to an effort in 2000 by the Lawrence municipality to limit the establishment and growth of local Orthodox synagogues. Our Place is an American not-for-profit organization (a "501(c) organization") created to bring awareness of teen substance abuse, and to assist, rehabilitate and mentor troubled Jewish adolescents and children.
