Mangalmé is a department of Guéra Region in Chad. Its chief town is Mangalmé. Mubi (also known as Moubi) is an Afro-Asiatic languages, Afro-Asiatic language spoken in central Chad. It forms one of the Mubi languages, a group of East Chadic languages, East Chadic languages.
