Manase Tonga
Manase Tonga (born February 28, 1984) is a former American football fullback. He was signed by the Oakland Raiders as an undrafted free agent in 2010, cut at the conclusion of the preseason, and subsequently signed to the practice squad. He played college football at Brigham Young University. Early years Tonga attended Aragon High School in San Mateo, California, where he was an All-County and All-League selection he also had his jersey retired. He also holds several rushing records there, including yards in a season and yards in a game. College career After graduating from high school and serving a LDS church mission to Honduras, Tonga attended Brigham Young University and served as a lead blocker for all-time rusher Harvey Unga. A graduate assistant serves in a support role at a university, usually while completing post-graduate education. Harvey Unga
William Harvey Unga (born January 18, 1987) is a former American football fullback and the current running backs coach for the Brigham Young University football team. He was drafted by the Chicago Bears with a seventh round pick in the 2010 Supplemental Draft. He played college football at Brigham Young where he became the school's second all-time leading rusher. College career After the season-opener against the Arizona Wildcats in 2007, Unga earned the Mountain West Conference (MWC) offensive player of the week award. He had gained 194 all-purpose yards, with 127 yards coming from receptions. Unga became the starting running back in 2007 due to an injury to Fui Vakapuna in the prior season. Kalani Sitake
Kelaokalani Fifita "Kalani" Sitake (born October 10, 1975) is a Tongan–American football coach and former player. He has been the head football coach at Brigham Young University (BYU) since December 2015, and is the first Tongan to become a collegiate football head coach. Sitake played college football as a fullback at BYU under coach LaVell Edwards, and graduated in 2000. Prior to becoming head coach at BYU, Sitake was the defensive coordinator and associate head coach at the University of Utah, and the defensive coordinator and associate head coach at Oregon State University.
