''Man Overboard'' is the second studio album by the American rock band Man Overboard. After the release of their debut album '' Real Talk'' (2010), guitarist Wayne Wildrick left the group, resulting in several line-up changes. In December 2010, the group had signed to independent label Rise Records, and aimed to release another album by fall of next year. Following Wildrick's return to the band in April 2011, the group began demoing songs for their next album the following month. With New Found Glory guitarist Steve Klein standing in as producer, the group recorded their second album at Cannon Found Soundation Studios in New Jersey in June. Following this, the band went on a European tour with Polar Bear Club. After the album was announced in August 2011, "Dead End Dreams" was made available for streaming later that month, followed by "Spunn" in mid-September. Man Overboard is an American pop punk band from Mt. Laurel and Williamstown, New Jersey that began in 2008. Since then, they had released two EPs, an acoustic EP, a split with Boston pop punk band Transit, a compilation and four full-length albums. Taking influence from such pop punk acts as Blink-182, Saves the Day, and Taking Back Sunday, Man Overboard played a brand of upbeat and poppy pop punk with the emotion of 90s emo acts such as The Promise Ring. The band was signed to Rise Records. They are well known for their motto within the pop punk scene to "Defend Pop Punk". On January 28, 2016 they announced a hiatus on their official website; the hiatus ended on August 2, 2018 when the band announced a 10-year anniversary tour. Paul Miner
Paul Miner (born December 4, 1976) is the bassist for Death by Stereo, who left the band early 2005 (right before the band's fourth album '' Death for Life''), to produce, engineer, master, and mix music full-time. Previously he produced and engineered the first three Death by Stereo records, which is probably why the band's fourth album ''Death for Life'', was a noticeable departure from their regular sound. Paul was also in a band called Kill The Messenger, which was also signed to Indecision Records. Paul is the brother of Jim Miner, the original guitarist, who left the band during the recording of Death by Stereo's third album ''Into the Valley of Death''. Paul and his brother Jim recently reunited with Death by Stereo in 2006 to record their upcoming fifth studio album, entitled '' Death Is My Only Friend'', which is due for release in 2009. Your Demise were a British hardcore punk band from St Albans, England, formed in 2003. They shared stages and toured worldwide with the likes of Comeback Kid, Basement, Trapped Under Ice, Man Overboard, Enter Shikari, Parkway Drive, A Day to Remember and Bring Me the Horizon. On 22 September 2008, the band confirmed that they had signed a deal with Visible Noise. The band played their final gig at The London Underworld on 15 March 2014, after announcing in 2013 that they would be parting ways in March. They reunited for a one off benefit show for The Ghost Inside in 2015. They reunited again for the anniversary of The Kids We Used to Be but the shows were postponed due to the COVID-19 situation. ''Candy Hearts'' is an American pop rock band from New Jersey and New York, formed in 2009. Background The band was formed by singer/guitarist Mariel Loveland and guitarist Kris Hayes in 2009. As the band’s primary songwriter, Loveland was the only member to see through every one of its incarnations. The band's first collection of demos, "Ripped Up Jeans and Silly Dreams", was released for free online in 2010 but never saw a physical release. It featured Loveland, Hayes (who also played bass on the recording) and drummer Louie Aronowitz. Aronowitz later left the band, and was replaced by drummer Nick Noto. They added bassist Greg Baldwin, and Hayes switched from the live bass player to lead guitar. Noto then left the group in 2011 and was replaced by Christina Picciano. The Pop Punk's Not Dead Tour was a concert tour headlined by American rock band New Found Glory. The initial US leg was sponsored by ''Rockstar'' energy drink, with the band supported by Set Your Goals, The Wonder Years, Man Overboard, and This Time Next Year. Tablature (or tabulature, or tab for short) is a form of musical notation indicating instrument fingering rather than musical pitches. The band was formed in 1988 by vocalist and guitarist Nick Hexum, lead guitarist Jim Watson, bassist Aaron "P-Nut" Wills, and drummer Chad Sexton. Watson was replaced by Tim Mahoney in 1990. H2O is an American hardcore punk band formed in New York City in 1994. History Formation and the Epitaph years (1994–2000) While touring as a roadie for Sick of It All, Toby Morse would sometimes sing with the band during encores. In late 1994 Morse decided to start his own band and formed H2O in the Lower East Side of Manhattan with Rusty Pistachio and Eric Rice. The band included his brother, Todd Morse, and Todd Friend, both formerly members of Outcrowd, who had released the albums ''New Music Solution'' (1988), ''Weathered'' (1992) and ''Healer'' (1994).
