Malta International Airshow
The Malta International Airshow is an annual air show held at the Malta International Airport organized by the Malta Aviation Society. It was first held in September 1993 over Marsamxett Harbour, but then moved to Malta International Airport with the exception of the years 2007 and 2009. During these years, the event was held at St. Paul's Bay due to the construction of new hangars at the airport, where cranes would have been a hazard for the low flying aircraft. Active years 1993 to 2021; however 2018 and 2019 did not take place due to lack of funds, and 2020 was skipped due to Covid-19. 2021 is the 26th edition held at Malta International Airport. Armed Forces Of Malta
The Armed Forces of Malta ( mt, Forzi Armati ta' Malta) is the name given to the combined armed services of Malta. The AFM is a brigade sized organisation consisting of a headquarters and three separate battalions, with minimal air and naval forces. Since Malta is the guardian of the European Union's most southerly border, the AFM has an active role in border control. Polish Air Force
The Polish Air Force ( pl, Siły Powietrzne, , Air Forces) is the aerial warfare branch of the Polish Armed Forces. Until July 2004 it was officially known as ''Wojska Lotnicze i Obrony Powietrznej'' (). An air show (or airshow, air fair, air tattoo) is a public event where aircraft are exhibited. They often include aerobatics demonstrations, without they are called "static air shows" with aircraft parked on the ground. The largest air show measured by number of exhibitors and size of exhibit space is Le Bourget followed by Farnborough, while Dubai air show and Singapore Air Show are both claiming the third place. Black Cats (Royal Navy)
The Wildcat Demo Team (Black Cats) are the Royal Navy's helicopter display team.
