Grace Kathleen Elizabeth Shaw (born 25 September 1998), known professionally as Mallrat, is an Australian musician, singer, and rapper from Brisbane. Mallrat has released three EPs: ''Uninvited'' (2016), ''In the Sky'' (2018) and '' Driving Music'' (2019). She also released her full-length debut studio album titled ''Butterfly Blue'' (2022) in May 2022 to critical acclaim. In 2019, her tracks "Groceries" and "UFO" placed at number 7 and 70, respectively, in the 2018 Triple J Hottest 100, in 2020, " Charlie" and " Nobody's Home" placed at number 3 and 59, respectively, in the 2019 Triple J Hottest 100 and in 2021, "Rockstar" placed 13 in the 2020 Triple J Hottest 100. Charlie (Mallrat Song)
"Charlie" is a song by Australian musician Mallrat. It was released on 7 August 2019 as the lead single from Mallrat's third EP '' Driving Music''. The song debuted at number 50 on the ARIA Charts in February 2020 after placing at number 3 in Triple J's Hottest 100 of 2019. The song is named after Mallrat's beloved family dog, Charlie. Mallrat told Triple J "'Charlie' is about a lot of different things, but mostly just loving people so much, regardless of whether it's reciprocated or not." "Nobody's Home" is a song by Australian musician Mallrat with Basenji. It was released on 1 February 2019. The song was certified gold in Australia in 2019 and platinum in June 2021. Basenji (producer)
Basenji (born Sebastian Carlos Muecke) is an Australian electronic musician and DJ. He gained popularity through the Triple J Unearthed competition. He was then signed to the record label, future classic in 2014, through which he released several singles and one extended play. He has performed at Splendour In The Grass and Falls Festival. The Orwells
The Orwells are an American rock band from Elmhurst, a suburb west of Chicago, Illinois, United States. The members include Mario Cuomo (vocals), Dominic Corso (guitar), Grant Brinner (bass), and Henry Brinner (drums). Their debut album ''Remember When'' was released in August 2012. Their first EP, ''Other Voices'', was released in June 2013, followed by ''Who Needs You'' in September 2013. The group disbanded as a result of accusations of sexual misconduct by members.
