Malla (film)
''Malla'' is a 2004 Indian Kannada-language film written, directed, composed and enacted by Ravichandran in dual roles. The film also stars Priyanka Trivedi and Mohan Shankar. The film was produced by Ramu for his home banner Ramu Enterprises making his the first team up with Ravichandran. The film found a widespread release across Karnataka state on 27 February 2004 and was declared a blockbuster at the box office. However, it received mixed response by the critics who claimed that the film highlights the unwanted intimacy scenes, as well as the great relationship between husband and wife, other than the romantic part of Shiva Rama Krishna, the associate of TFI Puri Jaganadh, has shown the great relationship between husband and wife that attracted woman audience to watch this movie again and again. Malla-yuddha
Malla-yuddha (Sanskrit: मल्लयुद्ध, ) is the traditional form of combat-wrestling originating in India. It is closely related to Southeast Asian wrestling styles such as naban and is one of the two ancestors of kushti. Indian wrestling is described in the 13th century ''Malla Purana''. Malla-yuddha incorporates wrestling, joint-breaking, punching, biting, choking and pressure point striking. Matches were traditionally codified into four types which progressed from purely sportive contests of strength to actual full-contact fights known as ''yuddha''. Due to the extreme violence, this final form is generally no longer practised. The second form, wherein the wrestlers attempt to lift each other off the ground for three seconds, still exists in south India. Additionally, malla-yuddha is divided into four categories (see below). Malla is a village in Viru-Nigula Parish, Lääne-Viru County, in northeastern Estonia. It is located about 3 km east of the town of Kunda, Estonia, Kunda. On 1 January 2011 Malla had a population of 82. Malla manor Malla manor traces its history back to 1443, when it is first recorded in written sources. During that time, there was a small castle at the site. Around 1620, the estate became the property of Swedish field marshal Gustav Horn, Count of Pori, Gustav Horn. In 1651–1654, he commissioned architect Zakarias Hoffmann to erect a new manor house on the site.
