It was available in several different flavors, including chocolate caramel. 1980s The chocolate-caramel candy was covered in dark chocolate and became the "Chocolate Riesen." The Storck Chocola ...

Brose Bamberg Players
Brose is a Scots word for an uncooked form of porridge: oatmeal (and/or other meals) is mixed with boiling water (or stock) and allowed to stand for a short time. It is eaten with salt and butter, milk or buttermilk. A version of brose made with ground oats and cold water is called crowdie, although that term is more often used for a type of cheese. Brose is generally denser and more sustaining than porridge, and is best made with medium or coarse oatmeal—not rolled (flattened) "porage oats". In the 16th century, a mixture of oatmeal and water was carried by shepherds; brose resulted from the agitation of the mixture as they climbed the hills. In addition to oats, brose can be made with barley meal, peasemeal, or a mixture of different meals. Other ingredients, such as nettle tops, kale, and swede may be added to the basic brose. Atholl brose (or Athol Brose, Athole Brose) is a Scottish alcoholic drink of oatmeal brose, honey, whisky and sometimes cream (particularly o ...

Baunach Young Pikes Players
Baunach is a town in the Upper Franconian district of Bamberg and the seat of the administrative community (''Verwaltungsgemeinschaft'') of Baunach. Until administrative reform in 1972, Baunach belonged to the Lower Franconian district of Ebern. Baunach calls itself the “Franconian Three-River Town” because it lies on the rivers Baunach, Lauter and Main. These three rivers are depicted in the town's coat of arms, in which a golden pike lies over the three rivers. In 2002, the town celebrated its 1,200-year jubilee. Moreover, the river Itz flows through the community area. The name Baunach comes from the Indo-Germanic word for river: ''bunahu''. This may be translated as “swelling water”. For thousands of years the entire region near Baunach has been populated by Celts and Franconians. Geography Baunach lies on the right bank of the Main, 11 km north of Bamberg. Kraiberg (with a height of 365 metres) and Stiefenberg (396 metres high) are the most important mountai ...
