Maksym Kokosha
Maksym Mykolaiovych Kokosha ( uk, Максим Миколайович Кокоша; born August 9, 1983, in Kyiv) is a Ukrainian former swimmer, who specialized in freestyle events. He is a single-time Olympian (2004), and a two-time Universiade finalist (2003 and 2005). He currently holds a Ukrainian record of 7:21.42 in the 4 × 200 m freestyle relay at the 2005 FINA World Championships in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Kokosha is a member of the swimming team for Dynamo Kyiv, and is trained by longtime coach Volodymyr Vorona. Kokosha qualified for the men's 4 × 200 m freestyle relay, as a member of the Ukrainian team, at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens. Serhiy Advena
Serhiy Mykolaiovych Advena ( uk, Сергій Миколайович Адвена; born August 4, 1984) is a Ukrainian former swimmer who specializes in the freestyle and butterfly swimming styles. He is a two-time Olympian (2004 and 2008), and a multiple-time Ukrainian record holder in both 100 and 200 m butterfly. He also helped out the Ukrainian team to upset their American rivals and claim the medley relay title (3:38.49) at the 2005 Summer Universiade in Izmir, Turkey. Advena made his Olympic debut in Athens 2004, competing in two swimming events. He also teamed up with Maksym Kokosha, Dmytro Vereitinov, and Olympic stalwart Serhiy Fesenko in the 4 × 200 m freestyle relay. ''Swimming World'' is a US-based monthly swimming magazine that was first published in a magazine format as ''Junior Swimmer'' in January 1960. It concurrently runs online websites ''Swimming World Magazine'' and ''Swimming World News'', (known as ''SwimInfo'' prior to 2006). He currently holds a Ukrainian record of 7:21.42 in the 4 × 200 m freestyle relay at the 2005 FINA World Championships in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Vereitinov is also a member of SC Ukraina Kharkiv, and is trained by his father and lifelong coach Yuriy Vereitinov. Vereitinov qualified for two swimming events at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, by clearing a FINA B-cut of 1:52.55 (200 m freestyle) from the European Championships in Madrid, Spain.
