Mai Gaoling (; born 12 September 1998) is a Chinese footballer currently playing as a goalkeeper for Meizhou Hakka. Club career Mai Gaoling would play for the Guangzhou team before being loaned out to second tier club Inner Mongolia Zhongyou on 15 August 2020. The following season he would go on to be loaned out again, this time to another second tier club in Beijing BSU where he made his debut in a league game on 30 April 2021 against Jiangxi Beidamen in a 1-0 defeat, where he came on as a substitute. Meizhou (, Hakka Chinese: Mòichû) is a prefecture-level city in eastern Guangdong province, China. It has an area of , and a population of 3,873,239 million as of the 2020 census. The 2020 China League One ( zh, 2020中国足球协会甲级联赛) was the 17th season of the China League One, the second tier of the Chinese football league pyramid, since its establishment in 2004. The season was scheduled to begin on 29 February and end on 1 November, but was postponed following the COVID-19 pandemic in China. On 26 August 2020, Chinese Football Association announced that the season would be resumed on 12 September 2020 and 18 teams would be split into three groups in three locations, Group A in Chengdu, hosted by Chengdu Better City, Group B in Meizhou, hosted by Meizhou Hakka, and Group C in Changzhou, hosted by Kunshan F.C. The 2022 Ping An Chinese Football Association Super League () is the 19th season since the establishment of the Chinese Super League. The league title sponsor is Ping An Insurance. On May 23, the league was confirmed to start from June 3. The Chinese Football Association China League (), also known as China League One or Chinese Jia League (中甲联赛), is the second level of professional football in China. Above League One is the Chinese Super League. Prior to the formation of the Chinese Super League, Jia League was known as ''Jia B League''. The then top two levels of Chinese football league were known as ''Jia A League'' and ''Jia B League'' respectively.
