Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology (MGIT) is a technological institution (Autonomous) located in Gandipet, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. It was started in 1997 by the Chaitanya Bharathi Educational Society (CBES), Hyderabad, registered under the Societies Registration Act. The annual intake is 900 students at the undergraduate level and 108 students at the postgraduate level. Mycobacteria Growth Indicator Tube (MGIT) is intended for the culture, detection and recovery of mycobacteria. The MGIT Mycobacteria Growth Indicator Tube contains 7 mL of modified Middlebrook 7H9 Broth base. The complete medium, with OADC enrichment and PANTA antibiotic mixture, is one of the most commonly used liquid media for the cultivation of mycobacteria. All types of clinical specimens, pulmonary as well as extra-pulmonary (except blood and urine), can be processed for primary isolation in the MGIT tube using conventional methods. After processed specimen is inoculated, MGIT tube must be continuously monitored either manually or by automated instruments until positive or the end of the testing protocol. Sundeep Kishan (born 7th May 1987) is an Indian actor and producer who works in predominately in Telugu and Tamil cinema. Career Sandeep Kishan was born in a Telugu family in present-day Chennai. Motherjane is an Indian rock band from Kochi, India, formed in 1996. The band consists of John Thomas (drums and percussion), Clyde Rozario (bass guitar), Niranj Suresh (vocals) and Anubhav Langthasa (guitars). They have released a total of three studio albums, and five music single, singles. Since their formation, genres like progressive rock and Carnatic music have influenced their music. Strings () was a Pakistani pop/rock band composed of two members, plus four live band members from Karachi, Pakistan. The band was initially formed by four college students—Bilal Maqsood (vocals and guitars), Faisal Kapadia (vocals), Rafiq Wazir Ali (synthesizer) and Kareem Bashir Bhoy (bass guitar)—in 1988. In 1992 the quartet disbanded, only to make a comeback with Maqsood and Kapadia in 2000. While the initial band rode the new wave of Pakistani pop music, the later lineup ushered a revival in the Music of Pakistan, Pakistani music industry. While they played what was supposed to be their last concert at Independence Rock XXIII on 30 August 2008, they have since reunited to play gigs on an annual basis.
