Magne Lerheim
Magne Lerheim (14 December 1929 – 13 March 1994) was a Norwegian politician for the Liberal Party and later the Liberal People's Party. From 1960 to 1962 he was the leader of the Young Liberals, the youth wing of the Liberal Party. During the short-lived cabinet Lyng in 1963, Lerheim was appointed State Secretary in the Ministry of Church Affairs and Education. During the cabinet Borten, Lerheim again became State Secretary, this time between 1966 and 1967 at the Ministry of Finance. Ingvar Lars Helle
Ingvar Lars Helle (12 April 1933 – 14 May 2003) was a Norwegian politician for the Liberal Party and later the Liberal People's Party. Helle was a member of Stavanger city council from 1965 to 1971. In the period 1967 to 1971 he was also a member of Rogaland county council. He chaired the party chapter in Rogaland from 1962 to 1966, and the local chapter in Stavanger from 1967 to 1969. He was elected to the Parliament of Norway from Rogaland in 1969. During this term, in December 1972, Helle joined the Liberal People's Party which split from the Liberal Party over disagreements of Norway's proposed entry to the European Economic Community. Like most of the Liberal People's Party representatives, he was not re-elected in 1973. However, he did serve another term in the Rogaland county council, from 1979 to 1983. Helge Seip
Helge Lunde Seip (5 March 1919 – 29 January 2004) was a Norwegian politician for the Liberal Party and later the Liberal People's Party. He was born in Surnadal. At a young age he became involved in the Young Liberals, the youth wing of the Liberal Party. In the local chapter of Oslo he was a member of the board from 1937 to 1939, and deputy chairman from 1939 to 1945. From 1945 to 1947 he was a board member of their national organization. In 1948 he became a deputy member of the Liberal Party national board, advancing to regular board member in 1952. He continued in this position, becoming national party leader in 1970. He was elected to the Parliament of Norway from Oslo in 1953, and was re-elected on three occasions in 1957, 1965 and 1969. In between he headed the Liberal ballot in the 1961 election, but the Liberals had no MPs elected. In 1965 he was appointed Minister of Local Government in the centre-right Borten's Cabinet. Olav Myklebust
Olav Myklebust (17 January 1932 – 1 November 2011) was a Norwegian civil servant, diplomat and politician for the Liberal Party. He hailed from Sunnmøre and took the cand.psychol. degree in 1957. He worked in NAVF and the Norwegian Computing Center. From 1962 to 1964 he was the leader of the Young Liberals, the youth wing of the Liberal Party; and from 1964 to 1968 he was the secretary-general of the Liberal Party. He was hired in the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad) in 1968, became Norad's representative in Tanzania in 1972 and advanced to head of department in 1976. In 1989 he became deputy under-secretary of state in the Ministry of Development Cooperation, continuing in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs when the two ministries were merged.
