Madlib Invazion (EP)
The following is a list of Madlib releases under that name or Yesterdays New Quintet, a fictional jazz group created by Madlib. Madlib began his career with Lootpack, a hip hop group. Later in his career he was a member of Jaylib and Madvillain. Quasimoto is a fictional rapper created by pitching up Madlib's own voice. Under that name he released three albums, in 2000, 2005 and 2013. Madlib also released a house/techno album under the name DJ Rels titled ''Theme for a Broken Soul''. Other notable collaborations include Dudley Perkins, with whom he has produced 3 entire albums. Otis Jackson Jr. (born October 24, 1973), known professionally as Madlib, is an American DJ, music producer, multi-instrumentalist, and rapper. He is widely known for his collaborations with MF DOOM (as Madvillain), J Dilla (as Jaylib), and Freddie Gibbs (as MadGibbs). Madlib has described himself as a "DJ first, producer second, and MC last." Aziri (2002). His stage name is an acronym for "Mind Altering Demented Lessons In Beats". The Independent Albums chart (previously titled Top Independent Albums) ranks the highest-selling independent music albums and extended plays (EPs) in the United States, as compiled by Nielsen SoundScan and published weekly by '' Billboard'' magazine. It is used to list artists who are not signed to major labels. The ''Billboard'' 200 is a record chart ranking the 200 most popular music albums and EPs in the United States. It is published weekly by '' Billboard'' magazine and is frequently used to convey the popularity of an artist or groups of artists. Kieran Hebden
Kieran Hebden (born September 1977), known as Four Tet, is an English electronic musician. He came to prominence as a member of the post-rock band Fridge (band), Fridge before establishing himself as a solo artist with charting UK albums such as ''Rounds (album), Rounds'' (2003) and ''Everything Ecstatic'' (2005). ''Sound Ancestors'' is a studio album by American musician Madlib. It was released on January 29, 2021 via Madlib Invazion. Produced by Madlib, it was arranged, edited and mastered by Four Tet. The album debuted at number 153 on the ''Billboard'' 200 in the United States. Release On November 24, 2020, Four Tet announced that he was in the process of making a collaborative album with Madlib during a YouTube livestream. Four Tet then announced on his Instagram that he and Madlib were ready to release the studio album for January 2021. The album's tracklist was revealed on January 11, 2021.
