Madinaty ( ar, مدينتى , "My City") is a suburb, aimed at becoming a complete city, in northeast Cairo Governorate, Egypt. It is south of Shorouk and northeast of New Cairo. Overview The project is being constructed by Talaat Mostafa Group. The Master Planners are HHCP Design International, Inc. The landscape architects are the SWA group. Construction began in July 2006. The contract by which the land was granted to the company was challenged in Egyptian courts. The Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG), one of the largest conglomerate (company), conglomerates in Egypt, was founded by the late Talaat Moustafa and is headed by his son, Hisham Talaat Moustafa. New Heliopolis ( ar, هليوبوليس الجديدة) is a city located north east in the Cairo Governorate, Egypt. The city was established by the Heliopolis Presidential Decree No.193 of 1995 and belongs to the Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development. El Shorouk ( ar, الشروق , "the Sunrise") is a city in the Greater Cairo area, specifically located northeast of Cairo and north of New Cairo in the province of Cairo. El Shorouk is one of Third Generation cities, established by Prime Minister decision Number 420, in 1995. Badr City
Badr ( ar, بدر ) is a city located north east in the Cairo Governorate, Egypt. Badr is planned as an industrial city and includes 129 factories. In addition to this, 350 factories are still under construction. Most factories are built with the aim of exporting to Arab, African and world markets. Description It is the nearest industrial city to Cairo International Airport, Suez Port, it is also close to the Delta and the Suez Canal.
