Abel Sierra Madero
Abel Sierra Madero (born in Matanzas, 1976) is a Cuban author and scholar who was awarded the Casa de las Américas Prize in 2006. He holds a PhD in History from the University of Havana (2009) and second PhD in Literature from New York University (2019). His work has contributed with a transdisciplinary approach to the field of History of Sexuality. According to the historian Louis A. Pérez, "an original contribution to the historiography of Cuba is found in Abel Sierra Madero, ''Del otro lado del espejo'': la sexualidad en la construcción de la nación cubana. Additionally, his work is taught in courses about Latin America and Cultural Studies in universities in the United States. Pablo Emilio Madero
Pablo Emilio Madero Belden (August 3, 1921 – March 16, 2007) was a Mexican politician. He was the 13th president of the National Action Party (PAN, 1984–1987) and former presidential candidate who represented both the PAN and the extinct Mexican Democratic Party (in Spanish: ''Partido Demócrata Mexicano, PDM''). Pablo Emilio Madero Belden was the son of General Emilio Madero González and Mercedes Belden Gutiérrez. He graduated as a chemical engineer from the National Autonomous University of Mexico in 1945 as a Sugar and Oil specialist. Francisco I. Madero Avenue, commonly known as simply Madero Street, is a geographically and historically significant pedestrian street of Mexico City and a major thoroughfare of the historic city center. It has an east–west orientation from Zócalo to the Eje Central. Raúl Horacio Madero (21 May 1939 – 24 December 2021) was an Argentine sports physician and football player. He served two terms as the physician of the Argentina national football team. Sporting career As a teenager, Madero was drawn initially to basketball, but decided on football when it became clear he had the talent to make it in the professional league. Adalberto Arturo Madero Quiroga (born 25 September 1969) is a Mexican lawyer and right-wing politician from Nuevo León who has served in the upper house of the Mexican Congress.
