Mackenzie Lank
Mackenzie Lank (born July 4, 1994) is an American curler. She has won the US Junior Championship twice and US Women's Championship once. She has frequently played with her mother, Patti Lank. Curling career Lank competed in the United States Junior Curling Championships in 2008 and 2009, finishing eighth and seventh respectively. During the 2010–2011 World Curling Tour (WCT), Lank played as lead on the team skipped by her mother, Patti Lank. Lank remained in this position at the 2011 United States Women's Curling Championship, where Team Lank beat Allison Pottinger in the final to claim the gold medal. The National Championship earned the team a spot at the World Championships, where the team finished seventh with a record of 6–5. 2012 Continental Cup Of Curling
The 2012 World Financial Group Continental Cup of Curling was held from Thursday, January 12 to Sunday, January 15 at the Langley Events Centre in Langley, British Columbia. Just like in the previous year's event, the Continental Cup featured team events, mixed doubles events, singles competitions, and skins competitions, and the brunt of the points were won in the skins competitions. TSN broadcast the event, as it has in previous years. Team World aimed to level the field after Team North America won the previous cup, which brought the overall total to 4–3 in favour of North America, and was successful, tying the overall total at 4–4. Team World's win ensured that no defending champion to date would successfully defend its title from the previous Cup, continuing a pattern that has occurred since the inception of the event. Jessica Schultz
Jessica Schultz (born January 2, 1985) is a former American curler. She is a two-time Olympian and three-time U.S. Champion. She is currently the Director of the Women’s National Team & Juniors programs at the United States Curling Association. Curling career Schultz was a member of the United States women's curling team at the 2006 Winter Olympics. For the 2006 U.S. World Team Trials in March, Schultz was named skip, or captain, of Team USA (the team's regular skip, Cassie Johnson, did not play in the tournament), and the team finished fourth under her direction. She joined the Erika Brown rink in 2011. Brown and her team won the 2013 United States Women's Curling Championship and went on to represent the United States at the 2013 World Women's Curling Championship, finishing in fourth after losing the bronze medal game to Canada's Rachel Homan. Caitlin Maroldo
Caitlin Pulli (born May 3, 1975), also known as Caitlin Costello and Caitlin Maroldo, is an American curler. She was a silver medalist at the 2006 World Women's Championship. Curling career Pulli started curling in 1988. She has competed at the United States Women's Championship fourteen times, earning a bronze medal once, four silver medals, and gold in 2011. She was the alternate for Debbie McCormick's team at the 2006 World Women's Championship, where they won the silver medal. Pulli was a longtime teammate for skip Patti Lank, including when they won the US title in 2011. Pulli and Lank, along with Jessica Schultz, and Mackenzie Lank, went through the 2011 Nationals round robin with an 8–1 record, then defeated Allison Pottinger in the final. Page Playoff System
The Page playoff system is a playoff format used primarily in softball and curling at the championship level, the Indian Premier League and Pakistan Super League cricket tournaments. Teams are seeded using a round-robin tournament and the top four play a mix of a single-elimination and double-elimination tournament to determine the winner. Alexandra "Alex" Agre (born December 14, 1988 as Alexandra Carlson) is an American curler. Curling career Junior Agre is a two-time United States Junior Curling Champion with teammates Tabitha Peterson, Tara Peterson and Sophie Brorson, winning in 2009 and 2010. Representing the United States, Agre skipped her team at the 2009 World Junior Curling Championships, finishing in fifth place.
