Mack White
Mack White (born December 20, 1952 in Mineral Wells, Texas) is a comics writer and artist who lives in Texas. Biography White grew up in North Texas where his father published weekly newspapers in small towns in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, primarily Arlington and Mansfield. He graduated from Cleburne High School in 1971, then attended Tarrant County Junior College in Fort Worth until 1972. In 1977 he moved to Austin and enrolled as a psychology major in The University of Texas at Austin. He graduated in 1982. White began creating and self-publishing comics in the 1980s.He was a contributor to the literary free magazine The Black Dog published in Austin, Texas in the late eighties. His first professionally published story was "El Bandito Muerto" which appeared in ''Rip Off Comix'' in 1990. ''Heavy Metal'' is an American science fiction and fantasy fiction, fantasy comics magazine, published beginning in 1977. The magazine is known primarily for its blend of dark fantasy/science fiction, erotica and steampunk comics. John Lennon
John Winston Ono Lennon (born John Winston Lennon; 9 October 19408 December 1980) was an English singer, songwriter, musician and peace activist who achieved worldwide fame as founder, co-songwriter, co-lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist of the Beatles. Robert Anton Wilson
Robert Anton Wilson (born Robert Edward Wilson; January 18, 1932 – January 11, 2007) was an American author, futurist, psychologist, and self-described agnostic mystic. Recognized within Discordianism as an Episkopos, pope and saint, Wilson helped publicize Discordianism through his writings and interviews. ''Baltimore City Paper'' was a free alternative weekly newspaper published in Baltimore, Maryland, founded in 1977 by Russ Smith and Alan Hirsch. The most recent owner was the Baltimore Sun Media Group, which purchased the paper in 2014 from Times-Shamrock Communications, which had owned the newspaper since 1987. It was distributed on Wednesdays in distinctive yellow boxes found throughout the Baltimore area. The paper folded in 2017, due to the collapse of advertising revenue income to print media.
