Macey Stewart
Macey Stewart (born 16 January 1996) is an Australian professional racing cyclist. She joined the Orica–AIS team in 2015. Stewart took two gold medals at the 2014 UCI Juniors Track World Championships, in the omnium and as part of the successful Australian team pursuit squad, and went on to win the junior time trial at the 2014 UCI Road World Championships in Ponferrada. 2018 Tour Of California (women's Race)
The fourth running of the Tour of California (women's race), Women's Tour of California ''(officially: Amgen Tour of California Women's Race empowered with SRAM)'' was held from 17 to 19 May 2018. American Katie Hall (cyclist), Katie Hall won the race. Tayler Wiles was second, Kasia Niewiadoma third. It was the 11th race of the 2018 UCI Women's World Tour. Ponferrada () is a city of Spain, located in the autonomous community of Castile and León. Ponferrada, the second most populated municipality of the Province of León, is also the capital city of El Bierzo, the only ''comarca'' recognized as an administrative entity by law in the region. Lauren Perry (born 5 April 2001) is a Northern Irish footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Montrose in the Scottish Women's Premier League and for the Northern Ireland national team. She previously played for Linfield in Northern Ireland, Blackburn Rovers in England and Forfar Farmington and Dundee United in Scotland. She made her international debut for Northern Ireland in 2018. Club career In March 2017, Perry signed for Linfield, the club where her father, Alan Perry, was assistant first team coach. 2014 UCI Road World Championships
The 2014 UCI Road World Championships took place in Ponferrada, Spain, from 21 to 28 September 2014. The cycling championships consisted of 12 events for elite, under-23 and junior cyclists. It was the 81st UCI Road World Championships and the seventh time that Spain had hosted the championships; they were previously held in Lasarte in 1965, Montjuïc in 1973, Barcelona in 1984, Benidorm in 1992, San Sebastián in 1997 and Madrid in 2005. Bidding process The UCI announced on 4 April 2011 that the city of Ponferrada had the best candidature file to host the Championships. The candidature file of Ponferrada had the best score on the important sporting and economic elements. Devonport ( ; Palawa Kani: ''Tiagarra'') is a city in northern Tasmania, Australia, located on the lands of the Pannilerpanner clan of the Palawa nation. It is situated at the mouth of the Mersey River. Devonport had an urban population of 26,150 at the 2021 Australian census.
