Macedonian Armed Forces
The Army of the Republic of North Macedonia ( mk, Армија на Република Северна Македонија) is a defense force consisting of an army and air force; it is responsible for defending the sovereignty and territorial integrity of North Macedonia. Since 2005, it is a fully professional defense force compatible with NATO standards. Emblem The emblem of the Army is a stylized depiction of a shield found in the St. George Church in Lazarovci.
