MacGyver (2016 TV Series, Season 5)
The fifth and final season of the CBS Action film#Action adventure, action-adventure series ''MacGyver (2016 TV series), MacGyver'' premiered on December 4, 2020 for the 2020–21 United States network television schedule, 2020–21 television season. CBS renewed the series for a fifth season in May 2020 and announced it would be the final season in April 2021. The season contained fifteen episodes and concluded on April 30, 2021. ''MacGyver'', a remake of the 1985 series of MacGyver (1985 TV series), the same name, centers on the fictional Phoenix Foundation which is a covert organization masquerading as a think tank. The series stars Lucas Till, Tristin Mays, Justin Hires, Meredith Eaton, Levy Tran and Henry Ian Cusick. MacGyver
Angus "Mac" MacGyver is the title character and the protagonist in the TV series ''MacGyver''. He is played by Richard Dean Anderson in the 1985 original series. Lucas Till portrays a younger version of MacGyver in the 2016 reboot.
