Heiko Josef Maas (; born 19 September 1966) is a German lawyer and politician of the Social Democratic Party (SPD) who served as the Federal Minister of Foreign Affairs (2018–2021) and as the Federal Minister of Justice and Consumer Protection (2013–2018) in the cabinet of Chancellor Angela Merkel. Greg Maas (born January 19, 1966 in Portland, Oregon) is a retired U.S. soccer goalkeeper who spent his entire professional career in Portland. He was the head coach of the Utah Valley University men's soccer team, starting the program from scratch. The team begins play in 2014 and competes in the Western Athletic Conference (WAC). Utah Valley has the only NCAA Division I men's soccer program in the state of Utah. Frederica Alexandrina Sagor Maas (; July 6, 1900 – January 5, 2012) was an American dramatist and playwright, screenwriter, memoirist, and author, the youngest daughter of Jewish immigrants from Russia.
