Marcel Rocque
Marcel Rocque (born June 22, 1971 in St. Paul, Alberta) is a Canadian curler from Edmonton, Alberta. He is a four-time winner of The Brier, the annual Canadian men's curling championship and a three-time World Champion as the lead for the Randy Ferbey team. Rocque would play in two Alberta provincial championships as a lead for Don Walchuk before joining the Ferbey team by 1999. In 2019, Rocque finished second in a TSN poll of broadcasters, reporters and top curlers to name the greatest Canadian male lead in curling history. Coaching Marcel Rocque began coaching the Chinese women's team in 2013 and was the coach for the China's Men Curling team for the 2014 Winter Olympics held in Sochi, Russia. The Olympic qualifying event was held from 5–10 December 2017 in Plzeň, Czech Republic. The qualification event was open to any nations that earned qualification points at the 2016 or 2017 World Curling Championships or participated at the 2014 or 2015 World Curling Championships (the Czech men's team, the Norway & the Latvia women's team). The top two teams from the qualification event qualified their nations to participate in the Olympics. Zang Jialiang (; born January 12, 1988, in Harbin, Heilongjiang) is a Chinese curler who trains in Harbin. He made his world championship debut at the 2008 Grand Forks World Championships. Team China achieved their best result to date. In the round robin portion they achieved upset wins over Team Canada and Team Norway. Jiang Dongxu (; born March 3, 1993) is a Chinese curler from Harbin. He represented China at the 2022 Winter Olympics as the alternate on the Chinese men's team skipped by Ma Xiuyue.
