''MTV Ao Vivo'' is the first live album released by Brazilian band Nando Reis e os Infernais. Previously unreleased songs information "Mantra" "Mantra" was featured on soundtrack of Rede Globo's telenovela ''Começar de Novo''. It was written by Reis and Arnaldo Antunes and it was developed upon the sketch of a song he wrote under Paula Lavigne's request for a song to Ricky Martin at the time Reis was with Titãs recording ''Volume Dois''. According to Reis, many radio stations controlled by protestants refused to air the song due to it promoting a different religion, which disappointed him and which he considered censorship. Reis proposed inviting Hare Krishnas to perform in the song during a meeting with MTV and label Universal Music Group, but a few days before the trip to Porto Alegre, where the album was recorded, the label announced they wouldn't pay for the group's trip. ''MTV ao Vivo'' is the third live album by Brazilian rock band Titãs. It was recorded during a show at Fortaleza de São José da Ponta Grossa, in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina on 12 and 13 August from that year and released as CD and DVD. The album was edited and mixed Jack Endino (who also produced it, marking the last time he produced an album for the band) at Mega studios in Rio de Janeiro from August to September 2005 and mastered at Classic Master studios, in São Paulo, in September of the same year. The album features three new songs: "O Inferno São os Outros", ""Anjo Exterminador" and "Vossa Excelência", besides a cover of "O Portão", originally by Roberto Carlos (CD-exclusive). Marcelo de Souza Camelo (Rio de Janeiro, February 4, 1978) is a Brazilian composer, singer, guitarist, and poet. He is best known as composer and lead guitarist of the Brazilian band Los Hermanos. Since the end of the band, he continues composing for many interpreters, mainly Maria Rita and Ivete Sangalo. In 2008, his first solo CD, "Sou", was released. Planet Hemp is a Brazilian rap rock musical group, known for starting the career of rappers Marcelo D2 and BNegão for its lyrics supporting the legality of cannabis. The band was founded in Rio de Janeiro in 1993, with original members Marcelo D2, Skunk, Rafael, Formigão and Bacalhau. The band broke up in 2001 due to differences between the band members, and Marcelo D2 and BNegão are increasing focus on their solo projects.
