MP4 (band)
MP4 is a British rock band made up of three current and one former British Members of Parliament. Members The band was founded as MP3 in 2004 by Pete Wishart ( Scottish National Party, Perth and North Perthshire) on keyboards, Ian Cawsey (then a Labour MP, Brigg and Goole) on bass guitar and vocals, and Sir Greg Knight (Conservative, East Yorkshire) on drums. They were later joined by Kevin Brennan (Labour, Cardiff West) on guitar, and changed the name to reflect this. Wishart was previously a keyboard player with Runrig and Big Country. Along with David Morris (Conservative, Morecambe and Lunesdale), Wishart is one of only two current MPs to have appeared on ''Top of the Pops''. David Morris (Conservative Politician)
David Thomas Morris (born 3 January 1966) is a British Conservative Party politician, former musician and businessman serving as Member of Parliament (MP) for Morecambe and Lunesdale since 2010. Early life Morris was born on 3 January 1966 in Leigh, Lancashire. The son of an ex-Royal Navy Lieutenant Commander who served as Director of Maritime Affairs for the Bahamas, he spent much of his youth abroad. He was privately educated at St Andrew's School in Nassau, Bahamas, Kowloon School, Hong Kong and Lowton High School in Greater Manchester. Ricky Wilson (singer)
Charles Richard Wilson (born 17 January 1978) is an English singer-songwriter, artist and the frontman of five-piece band Kaiser Chiefs. Before the formation of the band, in 2003, Wilson was a member of the band Runston Parva (later known as Parva), which consisted of members of Kaiser Chiefs. On 19 September 2013, Wilson was confirmed as a coach on ''The Voice UK''. He was the winning coach for both the fourth and fifth series of the show, being the only coach to win two years consecutively. "You Can't Always Get What You Want" is a song by the English rock band the Rolling Stones on their 1969 album ''Let It Bleed''. Written by Mick Jagger and Keith Richards, it was named as the 100th greatest song of all time by ''Rolling Stone'' magazine in its 2004 list of the "500 Greatest Songs of All Time" before dropping a place the following year. Composition and recording Jagger commented on the song's beginnings: "You Can't Always Get What You Want" was composed in the key of C major and was the first song recorded for the album. It exists in two versions, a 4:51 single mix and a 7:28 album mix. "You Can't Always Get What You Want" was recorded on 16 and 17 November 1968 at Olympic Sound Studios in London. Peter Alan Waterman, (born 15 January 1947) is an English record producer, songwriter, radio and club DJ, television presenter, president of Coventry Bears rugby league club and a keen railway enthusiast. As a member of the Stock Aitken Waterman songwriting team, he wrote and produced many hit singles. He is the owner of significant collections of both historic and commercial railway locomotives and rolling stock. Early life Peter Alan Waterman was born in Stoke Heath, Coventry, Warwickshire. Speaker's House
Speaker's House is the residence of the Speaker of the House of Commons, the lower house and primary chamber of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It is located in the Palace of Westminster in London. It was originally located next to St Stephen's Chapel and was rebuilt and enlarged by James Wyatt in the early 19th century. After the burning of Parliament in 1834 it was rebuilt by Charles Barry as part of the new Palace of Westminster in the Perpendicular Gothic Revival style. "In the Midnight Hour" is a song originally performed by Wilson Pickett in 1965 and released on his 1965 album of the same name, also appearing on the 1966 album ''The Exciting Wilson Pickett''. Wilson Pickett (March 18, 1941 – January 19, 2006) was an American singer and songwriter. A major figure in the development of soul music, Pickett recorded over 50 songs which made the US R&B charts, many of which crossed over to the ''Billboard'' Hot 100.
