M11 (Istanbul Metro)
Line M11, officially referred to as the M11 Gayrettepe–Istanbul Airport–Halkalı Metro Line ( tr, Gayrettepe-İstanbul Havalimanı-Halkalı Metro Hattı), is a rapid transit line of the Istanbul Metro, currently under construction in Istanbul, Turkey. The Kağıthane (Istanbul Metro), Kağıthane — Istanbul Airport portion of the line is currently planned to open in January 2023. The purpose of this line is to provide direct and quick access from the Istanbul Airport in Arnavutköy (district), Arnavutköy to Levent, Istanbul's main commercial center and to Halkalı railway station, Halkalı, one of the city's most important train stations. Unlike other metro lines, the M11 will be a limited stop service, meaning that stations will be spaced further apart. Başakşehir is one of the 39 second-level districts in Greater Istanbul, Turkey. The population of Başakşehir is 311,095 as of 2012. It is in the European part of Istanbul. Metrobus (Istanbul)
The Metrobus ( tr, Metrobüs) is a bus rapid transit route in Istanbul, Turkey. The system has 45 stations that follow the city's ring road via Avcılar, Zincirlikuyu and the Bosphorus Bridge to Söğütlüçeşme using dedicated bus lanes for almost the entire length the route. The busway, the first section of which opened in 2007 after two years of construction, is used by a number of Metrobus lines which operate within a ‘closed’ system carrying 1 million people daily. Gayrettepe (Istanbul Metro)
Gayrettepe is an underground rapid transit station on the M2 line of the Istanbul Metro. It is located in east-central Şişli under Büyükdere Avenue just south of Levent. The station opened on 16 September 2000 and is one of the original six stations of the M2 line. In 2007 a connection to the Istanbul Metrobus at Zincirlikuyu junction was built. The M9, officially referred to as the M9 Ataköy-Olimpiyat line, is a rapid transit line of the Istanbul Metro system in the European part of Istanbul, Turkey. The line will be long with 14 stations and is expected to go into full service in 2023. It will run in a north-south direction, and will run through five districts of the city, namely Bakırköy, Bahçelievler, Bağcılar, Küçükçekmece and Başakşehir. The travel time between the end stations will be 19.5 minutes. It is expected that the metro line will carry around 500,000 riders daily. It will serve about 2.5 million people living in the area and visiting those districts. M7 (Istanbul Metro)
The M7, officially referred to as the M7 Kabataş–Mahmutbey metro line ( tr, M7 Kabataş–Mahmutbey metro hattı) is a rapid transit line of the Istanbul Metro system on the European part of Istanbul, Turkey. On 20 December 20, 2013, the line was commissioned to Kalyon Group for construction. The groundbreaking ceremony was held on 9 February 2014. The line is long with 19 stations.
