M. D. Nidheesh
Mattakandathil Dineshan Nidheesh (born 5 May 1991) is an Indian cricketer who represents Kerala in domestic cricket. He is a right-handed batsman and right-arm medium-fast bowler. Domestic career Nidheesh made his first class debut for Kerala in the 2015–16 Ranji Trophy on 21 January 2015 against Tripura. He took 14 wickets from the six matches he played in the 2017-18 Ranji Trophy becoming Kerala's fourth highest wicket taker in the season. He made his List A debut for Kerala in the 2017–18 Vijay Hazare Trophy on 11 February 2018 against Tripura. In August 2018, he was one of eight players that were fined by the Kerala Cricket Association, after showing dissent against Kerala's captain, Sachin Baby. His maiden 5-wicket haul (6 for 88) came against Himachal Pradesh on the 2018-19 Ranji Trophy. His career best performance (7 for 88) to date was against Punjab on the 2019-20 Ranji Trophy. Kottayam
Kottayam () is a municipal town in the Indian state of Kerala. Flanked by the Western Ghats on the east and the Vembanad Lake and paddy fields of Kuttanad on the west. Kochi Tuskers Kerala was a franchise cricket team that played in the Indian Premier League (IPL) representing the city of Kochi, Kerala. The team was one of two new franchises added to the IPL for the 2011 season, alongside Pune Warriors India. The team franchise was owned by Kochi Cricket Pvt Ltd., which was a consortium of multiple companies. The KTK only played for one season, in 2011, and was terminated the following year. The Manipur cricket team is a cricket team that represents the state of Manipur in Indian domestic competitions. In July 2018, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) named the team as one of the nine new sides that would compete in domestic tournaments for the 2018–19 season, including the Ranji Trophy and the Vijay Hazare Trophy. Ahead of the 2018–19 season, Shiv Sunder Das was appointed as the team's coach. In September 2018, they lost their opening fixture of the 2018–19 Vijay Hazare Trophy, to Puducherry, by 8 wickets. 2018–19 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy was the eleventh edition of Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, a Twenty20 competition in India. It took place between 21 February and 14 March 2019. Delhi were the defending champions. The tournament had five groups, with three groups containing seven teams and two groups with eight teams. The top two teams in each group qualified for the Super League section of the tournament, with the teams split into two further groups of five teams.
