Lü Fuyuan
Lü Fuyuan () (October 1945 – 18 May 2004) was the first minister of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China. Biography After graduating from Jilin University with a degree in Physics, Lü worked for several years in the First Automobile Works in Changchun, and then studied at the Université de Montréal in Canada during 1981 and 1983; but later, he refused the offer to stay in Canada. When Lü went backed to China, the Chinese Embassy to Canada then suggested the First Automobile Works to invite Lü joined the Communist Party of China in 1983. Soon, Lü was promoted to the Deputy Executive Officer of First Automobile Works and the Chief Economist Officer, in charging operations and trades. He was also awarded by the Central Military Commission because of his contribution to the 35th National Day Parade of People's Republic of China in 1984. Jilin (; alternately romanized as Kirin or Chilin) is one of the three provinces of Northeast China. Its capital and largest city is Changchun. Hepatocellular Carcinoma
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the most common type of primary liver cancer in adults and is currently the most common cause of death in people with cirrhosis. HCC is the third leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide. It occurs in the setting of chronic liver inflammation, and is most closely linked to chronic viral hepatitis infection (hepatitis B or C) or exposure to toxins such as alcohol, aflatoxin, or pyrrolizidine alkaloids. Certain diseases, such as hemochromatosis and alpha 1-antitrypsin deficiency, markedly increase the risk of developing HCC. Metabolic syndrome and NASH are also increasingly recognized as risk factors for HCC. Wan Gang (, born August 1952) is a Chinese expert on automobiles, former president of Tongji University (2002–2007) and former Minister of Science and Technology. He is the Chairman of the China Zhi Gong Party, a legally sanctioned minor political party in China, and, since 2013, also Vice Chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
