Léo Westermann
Léo Joseph Paul Westermann (born 24 July 1992) is a French professional basketball player for Monbus Obradoiro of the Spanish Liga ACB. Standing at , he plays the point guard position. He also represents the senior French national basketball team. Early years Westermann started his men's club career in 2008, playing for Centre Fédéral de Basketball, in the Nationale Masculine 1, the third division of French basketball. He played for Centre Fed for two seasons, averaging 10.1 points, 2.6 assists, and 1.1 steals per game, in 48 games played. Personal life He is a big fan of KK Partizan. Professional career ASVEL Westermann signed with the French club ASVEL Basket, in 2010. EuroBasket 2015
EuroBasket 2015 was the 39th edition of the EuroBasket championship that was organized by FIBA Europe. It was co-hosted by Croatia, France, Germany, and Latvia, making it the first EuroBasket held in more than one country. It started on 5 September and ended on 20 September 2015. The top two teams ( and ) qualified to the 2016 Summer Olympics. The Nike Hoop Summit is an international men's basketball all-star game sponsored by Nike, held once a year since 1995, except from 2001–2003, which features the USA Basketball Men's Junior Select Team against a World Select Team of international players. The players demonstrate their skills and hope to attract attention from either NBA scouts or colleges. A number of current NBA players have participated in this event in the past. FIBA Europe Under-20 Championship
The FIBA U20 European Championship, previously known as the European Championship for Men '22 and Under', is a men's youth basketball competition that was inaugurated with the 1992 edition. Through the 2004 edition, it was held biennially, but since 2005 edition, it is held every year. The tournament was originally an Under-22 age tournament, but it is now an Under-20 age tournament. 2012–13 ABA League
The 2012–13 ABA League was the 12th season of the ABA League, with 14 teams from Serbia, Slovenia, Montenegro, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia and Hungary participating in it. This was the first time a team from Macedonia, MZT Skopje, and a team from Hungary, Szolnoki Olaj were taking part in this regional league, and the fourth time since the league's creation that team that is not from the former Yugoslavia participates in it.
