Lyublinsko–Dmitrovskaya Line
The Lyublinsko–Dmitrovskaya line (russian: Любли́нско-Дми́тровская ли́ния, ) (Line 10) is a line of the Moscow Metro. It was known as "Lyublinskaya line" () before 2007. First opened in 1995 as a semi-chordial radius it is at present in process of being extended through the centre and northwards. At present the line has 34 kilometres of track and 23 stations. History Plans In the early 1980s, the Moscow development plan put forward several ideas about solving the build-up that came as a result of the radial-ring alignment which has determined the development of the Moscow Metro since the mid-1950s. In the previous programme the radial lines, with an ever-increasing build-up of passengers, were forced to use the central transfer points and those on the ring, severely overcrowding the system. Borisovo (Moscow Metro)
Borisovo (russian: Бори́сово) is a Moscow Metro station in the Brateyevo District, Southern Administrative Okrug in Moscow. It is on the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya Line, between Maryino and Shipilovskaya stations. Borisovo was opened on December 2, 2011 along with the stations Maryino and Zyablikovo. Name At the beginning, until 1989, the station had its project name set as Brateyevo. In 1996, the Government of Moscow enacted a new name Borisovo after a former village located in the West and South-West, not far from the constructed metro station. The resolution set the name Brateyevo to a projected station initially called Promzona, however during the construction, Promzona was renamed as Alma-Atinskaya. According to RIA Novosti, since January 1, 2011, the city authorities were supposed to rename the station Borisovo as Kazakhnskaya. Maryina Roshcha (russian: Марьина роща) is a Moscow Metro station of Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya line. It opened on 19 June 2010 and, until 2016, was the northern terminus of the line. Maryino (russian: Марьино) is a Moscow Metro station in the Maryino District, Moscow. Chkalovskaya (russian: Чка́ловская) is a Moscow Metro station in the Basmanny District, Central Administrative Okrug, Moscow. It is on the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya Line, between Sretensky Bulvar and Rimskaya stations. Chkalovskaya opened on 28 December 1995 as the first stage of the Lyublinskiy radius. Design A team of architects designed the station: Nina Alexandrovna Aleshin, Leonid Borzenkov, and Aleksandr Vigdorov. Named after the famous Soviet aviator Valery Chkalov, the decorative theme is dedicated to aviation. The station is modified Pylon trivaulted at a depth of 51 metres. Petrovsko-Razumovskaya (russian: Петровско-Разумовская) is a Moscow Metro station in Timiryazevsky District of the Northern Administrative Okrug of Moscow. The station opened on 7 March 1991 as a part of a major northern extension of the Serpukhovsko-Timiryazevskaya Line; the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya Line was extended to terminate there on 16 September 2016. Petrovsko-Razumovskaya has exits to Dmitrovskoye Highway and also provides transfer to a commuter station of the same name on Leningradsky suburban railway line, which serves destinations to the north-west of Moscow.
