	Lys Og Varme "Lys og varme" is a song written and recorded by Åge Aleksandersen in 1984. Benny Borg wrote lyrics in Swedish language, Swedish, as "Ljus och värme", and many dansbands begun to sing and play it. In 1986, the song was recorded in Swedish by Matz Bladhs and Vikingarna (band), Vikingarna. At Dansbandskampen 2008, the song was performed by Wahlströms (band), Wahlströms, and their version appeared on the official 2008 Dnsbandskampen compilation album. In 2001, the song was recorded by Elisabeth Andreassen on the album Kjærlighetsviser. A heavy metal music, heavy metal version was recorded by Black Ingvars on the 1995 album ''Earcandy Five'' frå. 	Åge Aleksandersen Åge Aleksandersen (born 21 March 1949 in Namsos, Norway) is a Norwegian singer, songwriter and guitarist. He is one of his country's best known singer/songwriters and musicians. Some of his most well known songs are "''Lys og varme''" (''Light and Warmth''), "''Fire pils og en pizza''" (''Four Pilseners and a Pizza'') and "''Rosalita''". He also wrote and performed the official song of the 1997 Nordic skiing World Championship (held in Trondheim) together with two other musicians from the region, Ulf Risnes and Bjarne Brøndbo and the Nidaros Cathedral Boys' Choir. 	Black Ingvars Black Ingvars is a Swedish humorist heavy metal group. Black Ingvars is famous for cover versions of songs from other musical styles, like pop, children's song (including " Sjörövar Fabbe" and "Här kommer Pippi Långstrump"), dansband music, Christmas songs and gospel. 	Roland Cedermark Roland Cedermark, (23 April 1938 – 24 December 2020) was a Swedish musician (accordionist). He was born in Älvros and made his solo debut in 1976. He sold over 2 million records in Sweden. Amongst his hits were "Vandra varsamt" in 2010, "Någon behöver dej" in 1997 and "Whispering" in 1977. Biography Roland Cedermark came from a family of musicians, where, among other things, his grandfather was a fiddler from Härjedalen. Cedermark himself was conductor of the dance band Cedermarks from 1958 until 1973.
