Lydia Knott
Lydia Knott (October 1, 1866 – March 30, 1955) was an American actress of the silent film era. She appeared in more than 90 films between 1914 and 1937. Biography Knott was born in Tyner, Indiana, the daughter of Lambert and Clarissa Knott. She died in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles. She was the mother of director Lambert Hillyer. For years, Knott was David Higgins' leading lady. She acted in Repertory theatre, stock theater in Albany, Chicago, Cincinnati, and Toledo, among other cities. She also toured the United States in at least five productions. She also acted in vaudeville. Tyner is an unincorporated area, unincorporated community in Polk Township, Marshall County, Indiana, Polk Township, Marshall County, Indiana, Marshall County, Indiana. Originally named Tyner City, it is named after Thomas Tyner. He died in 1880, and is buried in the town's cemetery. History Tyner was originally called Tyner city, and under the latter name was platted in 1855. It was named for one of its founders, Thomas Tyner. The post office was called Tyner City from 1856 until 1894, when it was renamed Tyner. Geography Tyner is located at . Danger, Go Slow
''Danger, Go Slow'' is a 1918 American silent comedy film directed by Robert Z. Leonard, and starring Mae Murray, Jack Mulhall and Lon Chaney. Robert Z. Leonard and Mae Murray co-wrote the screenplay together. The film is today considered lost. The film was in production from late March until late April 1918, but it was only released in December of that year. Chaney had a fairly small role in the film as an oil prospector. When he made this film, he was preparing to leave Universal over a salary dispute and he moved over to Paramount soon after to appear in their 1918 western film ''Riddle Gawne''. Plot Muggsy Mulane, a female crook who masquerades as a boy, jumps a freight train to the country after Jimmy the Eel, the leader of Muggsy's criminal gang, is arrested. Muggsy gets off at Cottonville and a railroad cop chases her away from the station.
