Martin Luther (diplomat)
Martin Franz Julius Luther (, 16 December 1895 – 13 May 1945) was a German diplomat. An early member of the Nazi Party, he served as an advisor to Foreign Minister Joachim von Ribbentrop, first in the ''Dienststelle Ribbentrop'' ('Ribbentrop Bureau'), and later in the ''Auswärtiges Amt'' ('Foreign Office') as a diplomat when von Ribbentrop replaced Konstantin von Neurath. He participated in the Wannsee Conference, at which the Final Solution was planned; it was the 1947 discovery of his copy of the minutes that first made the Allied powers aware that the conference had taken place and what its purpose was. Sara Luther Neumaier (née Fletcher; December 6, 1918 – February 3, 2015), known as Sally Luther, was an American politician. She was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Karl Theodor Robert Luther (April 16, 1822, Świdnica – February 15, 1900 Düsseldorf), normally published as Robert Luther, was a German astronomer. While working at the Bilk Observatory in Düsseldorf, Germany, he searched for asteroids and discovered 24 of them between 1852 and 1890. Seven times Lalande Prize winner.
