Ludovic Chaker
Ludovic Chaker (born 15 July 1979) is a former diplomat and French politician. He is chiefly known as a political advisor to French President Emmanuel Macron and the first secretary of his political movement, En Marche!. He currently serves as a security advisor to the Chief of the Military Staff of the President of the Republic. Biography Early life and education Chaker grew up in Saint-Jean-du-Bruel, a village in Aveyron located between the Causses and the Cévennes. In 2002, he graduated from the Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales in Mandarin Chinese and International Relations. He contributed to books focused on modern China, such as ''Shanghai - Histoire, promenades, anthologie et dictionnaire'', directed by Nicolas Idier, in which he writes a chapter on martial arts. La République En Marche!
Renaissance (RE), previously known as La République En Marche ! (frequently abbreviated LREM, LaREM or REM; translated as "The Republic on the Move" or "Republic Forward"), or sometimes called simply En Marche ! () as its original name, is a liberal political party in France. The party was founded on 6 April 2016 by Emmanuel Macron, a former Minister of the Economy, Industry and Digital Affairs, who was later elected president in the 2017 French presidential election with 66.1% of the second-round vote. Presented as a pro-European party, Macron considers LREM to be a progressive movement, uniting both the left and the right. OODA Loop
The OODA loop is the cycle ''observe–orient–decide–act'', developed by military strategist and United States Air Force Colonel John Boyd. Boyd applied the concept to the combat operations process, often at the operational level during military campaigns. It is now also often applied to understand commercial operations and learning processes. The approach explains how agility can overcome raw power in dealing with human opponents. It is especially applicable to cyber security and cyberwarfare. The OODA loop has become an important concept in litigation, business, law enforcement, management education, and military strategy. According to Boyd, decision-making occurs in a recurring cycle of observe–orient–decide–act. An entity (whether an individual or an organization) that can process this cycle quickly, observing and reacting to unfolding events more rapidly than an opponent, can thereby "get inside" the opponent's decision cycle and gain the advantage. Wan Laisheng
Wan Laisheng (; 1903–1992) was a Chinese martial artist and author. Early life Wan was born into an affluent scholar's family in Hubei in 1903. He studied at the China Agricultural University and after graduation became a member of the faculty there. It was at the University that he met Liu Xinzhou, who taught him the ''Liu He Man'' (Six Harmonies Style) of Shaolin boxing. Wan also sought out the martial arts master Du Xinwu, who was working at the Ministry of Agriculture, and learned Zi Ran Men boxing from him. Writing career Whilst working at the University, Wan wrote a series of articles on the martial arts for the ''Chen Bao Morning News''. In 1928, these articles were republished as a book, ''A Collection of Reviews on Martial Arts''. Over the course of his career Wan authored sixteen books on a variety of topics. Ziranmen or Zi Ran Men (), also known as Natural Boxing, is a Northern internal style of kung fu that is taught in conjunction with Qigong breathing techniques. The style traces its lineage to Dwarf Xu, who based it on ancient Taoist philosophy.
