Lucas Gonçalves
Lucas Gonçalves da Silva (born 14 October 1981) is a Brazilian football manager. He is the current assistant manager of Atlético Mineiro. Career Born in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Gonçalves graduated in Physical Education at the Universidade Luterana do Brasil in 2004, and was appointed manager of Grêmio's under-11 squad in the following year. He left the club in 2010, after managing the under-13s and under-15s, and was named assistant manager of Porto Alegre's under-17 team. On 13 December 2010, Gonçalves was appointed Luís Antônio Zaluar's assistant at Cabofriense. After another year back at Porto Alegre, he returned to Grêmio in 2012, now as manager of the under-20s. In August 2016, after being an assistant at Tombense and Atlético Tubarão, Gonçalves was named analyst at Atlético Mineiro. In 2018, while Thiago Larghi was the interim manager, he was his assistant. Otacílio Gonçalves da Silva Junior (born 16 June 1940 in Santa Maria) is a former Brazilian football manager who was active as the manager of Paraná Clube. He started his managerial career in Internacional, and later managed many Brazilian clubs, the Kuwait national team and Japan. Jorge Luis Sampaoli Moya (; born 13 March 1960) is an Argentine football coach who is currently manager for Sevilla of La Liga. Sampaoli started out as a youth player and eventually switched to management after a severe injury. Sampaoli started with an impressive coaching run at Coronel Bolognesi of Peru in 2004, and continued with brief but successful terms at O'Higgins of Chile and Emelec of Ecuador. Sampaoli earned praise as the head coach of Universidad de Chile, winning three league titles and the Copa Sudamericana championship. This success led him to coach the Chilean men's national team in 2012, replacing Claudio Borghi. Thiago Mendes Larghi (born 27 September 1980) is a Brazilian football manager. Career Born in Paraíba do Sul, Rio de Janeiro, Larghi began his professional career at Botafogo in 2011, as a performance analyst. In January 2013, he was called up by technical director Carlos Alberto Parreira to join Luiz Felipe Scolari's staff in the Brazil national team.
