''Lost, Found'' () is a 2018 Chinese drama film directed by Lü Yue and produced by Feng Xiaogang. The film stars Yao Chen, Ma Yili, Yuan Wenkang, and Wu Haochen. It is a remake of 2016 South Korean film ''Missing''. The film premiered at the 21st Shanghai International Film Festival on 17 June 2018, and opened in China on 5 October 2018. Lü Yue (cinematographer)
Lü Yue (, born December 1957) is a Chinese cinematographer and film director. Early life In December 1957, Lu was born in Tianjin, China. Career Lü is today among the most important cinematographers of recent Chinese cinema, and is particularly well known for his collaborations with director Zhang Yimou with whom he served as director of photography in three films. Lü was nominated for an Academy Award for best cinematographer for Zhang's film ''Shanghai Triad''. He has also served as cinematographer for other Fifth Generation directors such as Tian Zhuangzhuang (for 1985's ''On the Hunting Ground'') as well as for older directors, such as Huang Shuqin (for 1994's ''A Soul Haunted by Painting''). Feng Xiaogang
Feng Xiaogang (; born 18 March 1958 in Beijing) is a Chinese film director, screenwriter, actor, producer and politician. He is well known in China as a highly successful commercial filmmaker whose comedy films do consistently well at the box office, although Feng has broken out from that mold by making some drama and period drama films. Feng was a member of the 12th National Committee of the CPPCC. Biography The son of a college professor and a factory nurse, Feng joined the Beijing Military Region Art Troupe as a stage designer after high school. He began his cinema career as an art designer in the Beijing Television Art Center in 1985. Later, he moved on to write screenplays. ''Missing'' () is 2016 South Korean mystery film starring Uhm Ji-won and Gong Hyo-jin. It was released on November 30, 2016. Plot Ji-sun is a workaholic divorced woman working at a PR Company. Her job doesn't leave her with a lot of time to spend with her 1-year-old daughter, Da-eun. Once, when her former nanny, a Chinese woman, had hit and injured Da-eun, Ji-sun had fired her but not being accustomed to taking care of her little girl, she had desperately been in need of a new nanny.
