Longos (Paxoi), Greece
Longos ( el, Λογγός) is the smallest of the island ports on Paxoi, one of the Ionian Islands of Greece. At the 2011 census, its population was 81 for the village and 298 for the municipal district, which includes the villages Anemogiannatika, Dendiatika, Kagkatika, Kontogiannatika and Koutsi. Population Geography Longos is situated on the northeast coast of the island, and has a small fishing harbour. There are several shops and bars. At one end of Longos harbour stands the tall chimney from an abandoned soap factory. There are several shingle beaches nearby. Loggos Harbour
Loggos ( el, Λόγγος) is a village in the municipal unit of Aigialeia in the northeastern part of Achaea in the Peloponnese, Greece. The villages Loggos and Selianitika (adjacent to the southeast) share a beautiful beach on the Gulf of Corinth which is approximately 1.5 km long. Both villages are among the most popular summer destinations of Achaea. Loggos is 2 km east of Kamares, 4 km northwest of Rododafni and 7 km northwest of Aigio. Corfu ( el, Περιφερειακή ενότητα Κερκύρας) is one of the regional units of Greece. It is part of the region of Ionian Islands. The capital of the regional unit is the town of Corfu. The regional unit consists of the islands of Corfu, Paxoi, Othonoi, Ereikoussa, Mathraki and several smaller islands, all in the Ionian Sea. Paxos ( gr, Παξός) is a Greek island in the Ionian Sea, lying just south of Corfu. As a group with the nearby island of Antipaxos and adjoining islets, it is also called by the plural form Paxi or Paxoi ( gr, Παξοί, pronounced in English and in Greek). The main town and the seat of the municipality is Gaios. The smallest of the seven main Ionian Islands (the Heptanese), Paxos has an area of , while the municipality has an area of and a population of about 2300.
