London Buses Route 134
London Buses route 134 is a Transport for London contracted bus route in London, England. Running between North Finchley and Warren Street station, it is operated by Metroline. History The route previously continued south past Warren Street station to Victoria bus station. However, following the opening of the Victoria line in 1969 it was cut back to its present terminus at Warren Street. The London Transport Executive stated that the opening of the tube line had reduced the number of passengers travelling between Warren Street and Victoria. Upon being re-tendered, the route was retained by Metroline with a new contract commencing on 5 February 2005. On 15 June 2019, the route was shortened; its southern terminus became Warren Street, replacing Tottenham Court Road station. Wright Eclipse Gemini
The Wright Eclipse Gemini is a low-floor double-decker bus body that was built by Wrightbus since 2001, based on the single-deck Wright Eclipse design. The second-generation Eclipse Gemini 2 was launched in 2009, followed by the third-generation Gemini 3 in 2013. Additionally, the body was available on Volvo Super Olympian chassis in Hong Kong between 2003 and 2005, marketed as the Wright Explorer. The original Eclipse Gemini was launched in 2001 on Volvo B7TL chassis; from 2006, the body was also built on the replacement Volvo B9TL chassis and, from 2013, on the B9TL's replacement, the Volvo B5TL. From 2008, the body was also available on Volvo B5LH hybrid chassis. Eclipse Gemini's exported to the Asian market have been offered a choice of the tri-axle Volvo B8L and the Scania K410EB. Electric buses can store the needed electricity on-board, or be fed continuously from an external source. Euston Square is a London Underground station at the corner of Euston Road and Gower Street, just north of University College London – its main entrance faces the tower of University College Hospital. Camden Town Tube Station
Camden Town is a London Underground station on the Northern line. It is a major junction for the line, as it is where the Edgware and High Barnet branches merge from the north, and is also where they split to the south into the Bank and Charing Cross branches for the journey through Central London. Archway Tube Station
Archway is a London Underground station at the intersection of Holloway Road, Highgate Hill, Junction Road and Archway Road in Archway, north London, directly underneath the Vantage Point building. It is on the High Barnet branch of the Northern line, between Highgate and Tufnell Park stations, in Zones 2 and 3. Highgate is a London Underground station and former railway station in Archway Road, in the London Borough of Haringey in north London. The station takes its name from nearby Highgate Village. It is on the High Barnet branch of the Northern line, between East Finchley and Archway stations, and is in Travelcard Zone 3. The station was originally opened in 1867, on the Great Northern Railway's line between Finsbury Park and Edgware stations.
