Peter Karmis
Peter Karmis (born 10 June 1981) is a Greek-South African professional golfer. Since July 2018, he has played under the Greek flag. In 2009 he became the first player in Sunshine Tour history to record a round of 59. Career Karmis played college golf at Purdue University. Karmis plays on the Sunshine Tour where he has won five times. He won the Lombard Insurance Classic in 2007 and 2009, the Sun Sibaya Challenge in 2016. In 2017, he won the Investec Royal Swazi Open and the Sun City Challenge. Karmis also played on the Asian Tour from 2010 to 2012, highlighted by winning the Handa Singapore Classic in 2010. Keith Horne
Keith Weller Horne (born 9 June 1971) is a professional golfer from South Africa. Horne was born in Durban and had a successful amateur career. In 1993, Horne won a Silver Medal at the World Games in Spain. He turned professional in 1996. He is an alumnus of Westville Boys' High School. Professional career After turning professional in 1996, Horne immediately joined the local Sunshine Tour, the richest professional golf tour in South Africa. His first professional win came in 1998 at the Vodacom Series: Kwazulu Natal. After that, he had a few off-seasons until he won a few unofficial Pro-Ams in 2003. His second official win came in 2007 at the MTC Namibia PGA Championship. He won again a year later at the Nashua Golf Challenge. Oliver Bekker (born 11 December 1984) is a South African professional golfer. Professional career Bekker plays on the Sunshine Tour where he has won seven times. He won the 2011 Northern Cape Classic, the 2012 Dimension Data Pro-Am, the 2013 Telkom PGA Pro-Am and the 2016 Sun City Challenge. Jake Roos
Jake Roos (born 20 October 1980) is a South African professional golfer. Roos was born in Pretoria. He was the number one ranked South African amateur golfer before turning professional in 2005 and then joined the Sunshine Tour by finishing 4th at Q-school. His first victory came at the 2008 Suncoast Classic. His second victory came the following year at the Nedbank Affinity Cup. In 2012, Roos picked up his third victory on Tour at the Platinum Classic after he defeated Chris Swanepoel and Anthony Michael on the fifth hole of a sudden-death playoff. He picked up his second Sunshine Tour victory of the year in June at the Lombard Insurance Classic after defeating Justin Harding in a playoff. Justin Harding
Justin Adam Harding (born 9 February 1986) is a South African professional golfer. Amateur career Harding attended Paul Roos Gymnasium in Stellenbosch, South Africa, and played college golf at Lamar University in Texas and represented his country as an amateur golfer. Professional career Having graduated, he earned a place on the Sunshine Tour at the first attempt, finishing third at the 2009 qualifying school while still an amateur.
