Live Forever (Lil Peep Mixtape)
''Live Forever'' is the second solo mixtape by American singer/rapper Lil Peep. It was released on December 2, 2015. It was released two months after his first mixtape, ''Lil Peep; Part One'', which was released in September 2015. The mixtape was preceded by two singles: "Flannel" and “Haunt U”, and three additional singles were issued posthumously. The mixtape was later re-released on the seventh anniversary of the mixtape's release in 2022. Background A music video for the track, "Live Forever" was released on December 16, 2015. Mysticphonk, producer of the songs "Angeldust" and "Haunt U" would re-release the two songs as singles and upon Peep's passing in late 2017, putting them on his EP titled ''2016'', a compilation of songs he produced for the late rapper. Gustav Elijah Åhr (November 1, 1996 – November 15, 2017), known professionally as Lil Peep, was an American rapper, singer, and songwriter. He was a member of the emo rap collective GothBoiClique. Helping pioneer an emo revival-style of Rapping, rap and Rock music, rock music, Lil Peep has been credited as a leading figure of the mid–late 2010s emo rap scene and came to be an inspiration to outcasts and youth subcultures. Robert James Smith (born 21 April 1959) is an English musician. He is the lead singer, guitarist, primary songwriter, and only continuous member of the rock band the Cure, which he co-founded in 1978. He was also the lead guitarist for the band Siouxsie and the Banshees from 1982 to 1984, and was part of the short-lived group the Glove in 1983. Marilyn Manson is an American Rock music, rock band formed by namesake lead singer Marilyn Manson and guitarist Daisy Berkowitz in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in 1989. His current projects are Pleistoscene, a solo project, and The Pop Culture Suicides. Stephen Bier, formerly known by his stage name Madonna Wayne Gacy and by the nickname Pogo, is an American musician who was the keyboard player for Marilyn Manson from 1989 to 2007. His stage name came from the names of the singer Madonna and the serial killer John Wayne Gacy. Career Bier attended college for six years and sought a job at NASA but decided he wanted to be in a band with Brian Warner. Simon Jonathon Gallup (born 1 June 1960) is an English musician and bassist with the alternative rock band The Cure. He is the second longest-serving member of the band after lead vocalist/guitarist Robert Smith.
