Little CMS
Little CMS or LCMS is an open-source color management system, released as a software library for use in other programs which will allow the use of International Color Consortium profiles. It is licensed under the terms of the MIT License. LCMS was one of the first open sourced color management systems. It was initiated by Marti Maria in 1998. As part of the development efforts and as a proof of concept, Marti also made LPROF, a Qt-based profiler suite demonstrating the capabilities of LCMS. LCMS was hosted on SourceForge.net in 2001, and has had a stable set of releases since then. It is commonly part of many Linux distributions. LPROF was orphaned and unsupported from early 2004 until August 2005, when LPROF moved from Marti's site to SourceForge.net and active maintenance was taken over by Gerard Klaver, Craig Ringer and Hal Engel. Inkscape
Inkscape is a free and open-source vector graphics editor used to create vector images, primarily in Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) format. Other formats can be imported and exported. Inkscape can render primitive vector shapes (e.g. rectangles, ellipses, polygons, arcs, spirals, stars and 3D boxes) and text. These objects may be filled with solid colors, patterns, radial or linear color gradients and their borders may be stroked, both with adjustable transparency. mpv is free and open-source media player software based on MPlayer, mplayer2 and FFmpeg. It runs on several operating systems, including Unix-like operating systems (Linux, BSD-based, macOS) and Microsoft Windows, along with having an Android port called mpv-android. It is cross-platform, running on ARM, PowerPC, x86/IA-32, x86-64, and MIPS architecture. VueScan
VueScan is a computer program for image scanning, especially of photographs, including negatives. It supports optical character recognition (OCR) of text documents. The software can be downloaded and used free of charge, but adds a watermark on scans until a license is purchased. Purpose VueScan is intended to work with a large number of image scanners, excluding specialised professional scanners such as drum scanners, on many computer operating systems (OS), even if drivers for the scanner are not available for the OS. These scanners are supplied with device drivers and software to operate them, included in their price. UFRaw
UFRaw (originally named after its founder Udi Fuchs's Raw, the backronym Unidentified Flying Raw replaced it as the full name) is an application which can read and manipulate photographs in raw image formats, as created by many digital cameras. UFRaw is available as both as a stand-alone program and as a plugin for GIMP (only on non-Microsoft Windows systems). As a stand-alone program, UFRaw can be invoked with a graphical interface, or as a command line batch processing utility. UFRaw reads raw images, using dcraw as a back end, and supports color management via LittleCMS, allowing the user to apply input, output, and display color profiles. OpenJDK
OpenJDK (Open Java Development Kit) is a free and open-source implementation of the Java Platform, Standard Edition (Java SE). It is the result of an effort Sun Microsystems began in 2006. The implementation is licensed under the GPL-2.0-only with a linking exception. Were it not for the GPL linking exception, components that linked to the Java class library would be subject to the terms of the GPL license.
