This is a list of the tallest buildings in the world that are wholly used as hotels. Some tall buildings are multi-use and have a hotel occupying the building's uppermost floors, such hotels are known as the ''highest'' hotels in the world. The world's ''highest'' hotel is the Rosewood Guangzhou located on the top floors of the 201-story Guangzhou CTF Finance Centre in China, soaring to 530 meters at its highest point. Completed or topped out This list ranks both completed as well as topped out hotel–only buildings that stand at least tall, based on standard height measurement. Skyscrapers with multiple functions –e.g., hotel and residential– are not included in this list. Gevora Hotel (Arabic: فندق جيفورا) is a tall hotel along Sheikh Zayed Road in the city Dubai, UAE. That height has given the skyscraper the title of tallest hotel building according to ''Guinness World Records''. The four-star hotel opened in February 2018 after a construction period of twelve years. It has 528 rooms spread over 75 floors and a number of facilities including restaurants and a pool on top of its parking garage building. Gevora Hotel is close to the Dubai International Financial Centre and its namesake metro station, the Rose Rayhaan by Rotana, and the Emirates Towers. Sail Tower (Jeddah)
The Sail Tower ( he, בית המפרש, ''Beit HaMifras''), officially District Government Center - Building B ( he, קרית הממשלה המחוזית חיפה - בניין ב) is a skyscraper and government building in Haifa, Israel. It is part of Haifa's District Government Center (responsible for the Haifa District), named after Yitzhak Rabin. Its construction began in 1999 and was completed on February 28, 2002. It has 29 floors and stands at 137 m (405 ft). As such, it was the tallest skyscraper in Haifa until 2003, surpassed by the IEC Tower. Counting antennas, it is still the tallest building in Haifa. Without the antennas, the sails of the Sail Tower reach 113 m, and its main roof is at 95 m. The District Government Center in Haifa was planned to combine new and old elements.
