Eugene (actress)
Kim Yoo-jin (born March 3, 1981), known professionally as Eugene, is a South Korean singer and actress. She is best known as a former member of the girl group S.E.S. (band), S.E.S., which went on to become one of South Korea's best-selling artists. Following the group's disbandment in 2002, she subsequently left SM Entertainment and released two solo studio albums. As an actress, Eugene has participated in various Korean drama, television dramas and movies, making her acting debut in KBS2 ''Loving You'' (2002). "To My Boyfriend" () is a song performed by South Korean girl group Fin.K.L, released on May 25, 1998, as part of the group's debut studio album '' Blue Rain'' by DSP Media. Stylistically, "To My Boyfriend" is a summer-themed dance and bubblegum pop song that lyrically resembles that of a love letter written towards the members' romantic interests. Background and release Fin.K.L debuted under DSP Media with the release of their studio album ''Blue Rain'' on May 25, 1998. Miryo
Jo Mi-hye (born November 2, 1981), better known by her stage name Miryo (), is a South Korean rapper, songwriter and record producer. She is currently the rapper of girl group Brown Eyed Girls, and is a former member of rap group Honey Family. Miryo debuted as a soloist in 2012, after appearing as a producer in the first season of '' Show Me the Money''. The Brown Eyed Girls (; ) is a South Korean girl group. The group is composed of four members: JeA, Miryo, Narsha, and Gain. They debuted as an R&B/ballad vocal group with "Come Closer (다가와서)" in 2006. Sugar (South Korean Group)
Sugar (Hangul:슈가, Japanese:シュガー) was a South Korean girl group formed by Starworld in 2001. The group's final lineup was composed of Ahyoomee, Hye Seung and Lee Ha Rin. During their career, the group saw moderate success in the Korean music market and released multiple songs in Japan. Sugar's Japanese singles "Take It Shake It" and "Real Identity" were notably the theme songs for Kaleido Star, a popular anime. The group officially disbanded after their contract with Starworld expired in December 2006, while only Ahyoomee maintained her career with Starworld until 2007 before transferring to the Starworld's affiliated label SM Entertainment. Shinvi
Shinvi () was a South Korean girl group formed by Cid.K Entertainment, a subsidiary of SM Entertainment. The group is composed of Yoo Soo-jin, Oh Sang-eun and Yoo-na. The group only released debut album ''15 to 30'' in April 2002 and the members separated one year later to led the group disbanded. History Shinvi was promoted by SM Entertainment but was actually under a subsidiary of the company, similarly to their labelmate group Milk. Their first album was scheduled to be released in late 2001, but instead came out in April 2002. Shinhwa member Jun Jin appeared in the music video of their title song, "To My Friend". A poll was conducted on Shinvi's website to determine what the group's follow up release would be. Papaya () was an all girl pop group from South Korea. They released two albums before becoming inactive. History Papaya's first album, entitled 동화 ("Fairy Tale"), was distributed by 1 Star Music and Synnara Music on August 4, 2000, and featured five members (Kang Se-jung, Joo Yeun-jung, Cho Hye-kyung, Hwang Yoon-mi, and Kang Kyoung-ah). M.I.L.K. (, acronym for ''Made In Lovely Kin'') was a South Korean girl group formed by SM Entertainment's sister label, BM Entertainment, in 2001. The group debuted on December 17, 2001 with the full album ''With Freshness''. In 2003, Bae Yu-mi departed from the group, which led to its disbandment. LUV (; ) was a short-lived K-pop girl group founded by SidusHQ, consisting of Jo Eun-byul, Jeon Hye-bin, and Oh Yeon-seo. As stated by LUV in an interview, ''LUV'' stands for "Love your Voice", stating that everyone should love themselves and their strengths and flaws in their hearts. Jewelry ( ko, 쥬얼리) was a South Korean girl group formed in 2001 by Star Empire Entertainment. The group, which underwent several line-up changes over the years, disbanded in 2015. DIVA () was a South Korean hip-hop girl group that debuted in 1997 with members Chae Ri-na, Vicky, and Ji Ni. After the release of the group's first two albums, ''Funky Diva'' (1997) and ''Snappy Diva'' (1998), Ji Ni left the group and was replaced by new member Lee Min Kyoung. After the release of the group's third album ''Millennium'' (1999), Chae Ri-na left the group and Ji Ni re-joined.
