''Agent X-77 Orders to Kill'' (french: Baraka sur X 13, es, Operación Silencio, it, Agente X77 ordine di uccidere, also known as ''Baraka for Secret Service'') is a 1966 French-Spanish-Italian spy film directed by Maurice Cloche and starring Gérard Barray and Sylva Koscina. Silvio Siano is credited as co-director in the Italian version of the film (credited as "Edgar Lawson") due to co-production obligations. Barbara Steele
Barbara Steele (born 29 December 1937) is an English film actress known for starring in Italian gothic horror films of the 1960s. She has been referred to as the "Queen of All Scream Queens" and "Britain's first lady of horror". She played the dual role of Asa and Katia Vajda in Mario Bava's landmark film '' Black Sunday'' (1960), and starred in ''The Pit and the Pendulum'' (1961), (1962), (1964), and ''Castle of Blood'' (1964). Additionally, Steele had supporting roles in Federico Fellini's ''8½'' (1963), David Cronenberg's '' Shivers'' (1975), and Louis Malle's ''Pretty Baby'' (1978), and appeared on television in the 1991 TV series ''Dark Shadows''. She won a Primetime Emmy Award for producing the American television miniseries ''War and Remembrance'' (1988–1989). ''An Angel for Satan'' ( it, Un angelo per Satana) is a 1966 Italian horror film directed by Camillo Mastrocinque. It stars Barbara Steele in a dual role, as Harriet Montebruno / Belinda, and is set in a small Italian village by a lake. It is based on a short novel by Luigi Emmanuele. This was Barbara Steele's last "Italian Gothic". Plot The Count of Montebruno, preparing his luxurious mansion for the arrival of his niece, discovers a mysterious old statue. ''Andremo in città'' (''We'll Go to the City'') is a 1966 Italian drama film directed by Nelo Risi. It is based on the novel of the same name by Edith Bruck, Risi's wife. Bruck, a Hungarian concentration camp-survivor, settled in Italy after the Second World War and wrote about her experiences in autobiographical and fictional formats. The film stars Geraldine Chaplin and Nino Castelnuovo. Plot In rural Yugoslavia, Lenka (Chaplin) lives with her blind brother, Miscia (Scrobogna).
