This is an episode list for the BBC television sitcom ''It Ain't Half Hot Mum'' by Jimmy Perry and David Croft, broadcast between 3 January 1974, and 3 September 1981. ''It Ain't Half Hot Mum'' episodes were filmed between 1973 and 1981 with a break in 1979. Series 1 to 4 took place in Deolali, India, while series 5 to 8 took place in Tin Min, Burma. All episodes are 30 minutes long. A sitcom, a portmanteau of situation comedy, or situational comedy, is a genre of comedy centered on a fixed set of characters who mostly carry over from episode to episode. Tariq Yunus (16 October 1946 – 26 August 1994) was an Indian actor known for his role as chef Alaudin in television sitcom ''Tandoori Nights''. Robin Parkinson
Christopher Robin Parkinson (25 October 1929 – 7 May 2022) was an English actor known for his comedy roles. He was the second actor to portray Monsieur Ernest Leclerc in '' 'Allo 'Allo!'' Tim Barrett (31 May 1929 – 20 August 1990) was an English actor best remembered for playing Malcolm Harris, Terry Medford's boss, in several series of the classic British sitcom ''Terry and June''. Career Barrett took the role of Malcolm Harris in ''Terry and June'' after the original actor Terence Alexander became unavailable to return for production to begin on the Christmas special, for he had just begun playing Charlie Hungerford in '' Bergerac''. Bernice Adams (borAugust 1949 is an English stage and television actress. The London-born Adams studied at a dancing school for three years from age thirteen. David Lodge (actor)
David William Frederick Lodge (19 August 1921 – 18 October 2003) was an English character actor. Career During the Second World War, Lodge served in the RAF. Before turning to acting he worked as a circus clown. He also appeared in Gang Shows and variety before making his screen debut in ''The Cockleshell Heroes'' and going on to feature in many British films usually portraying military types, and often comedic roles.
