Lionheart (comics)
Lionheart (Kelsey Leigh Kirkland), formerly called Captain Britain, is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Publication history Creators Chuck Austen and Olivier Coipel first featured her in '' The Avengers'' #77-81 (March–June 2004); in the story she sacrifices her life to protect Captain America, only to be resurrected as the new Captain Britain, but with the condition that she does not reveal her identity to her children. She went on to appear in Austen and Scott Kolins' '' The Avengers'' #82-84 (July–Aug. 2004) and Austen, Allan Jacobsen and C.P. Smith's ''The New Invaders'' #0 (Aug. 2004); in a story-line which begins with her getting angry at her own funeral causing her new teammates to begin to suspect her true identity. Olivier Coipel
Olivier Coipel (; November 7, 1969) is a French comic book artist, known for his work on books such as ''House of M'', ''Legion of Super-Heroes'' and ''Thor''. Career Olivier Coipel started as a movie animator, working as an assistant on ''Balto'' and then ''The Prince of Egypt'', then as a full animator at ''The Road to El Dorado''. Among his influences are Arthur Adams. Coipel came to prominence and significant controversy as the artist of the American DC Comics book ''Legion of Super-Heroes'' during the tenure of writers Dan Abnett and Andy Lanning, beginning with the "Legion of the Damned" story arc. Coipel signed an exclusive contract with Marvel Comics in January 2005. He was named in August 2005 as one of Marvel's "Young Guns," a group of artists that included Jim Cheung, David Finch, Trevor Hairsine, Adi Granov, and Steve McNiven, which according to Marvel Editor-in-Chief Joe Quesada, exhibited the qualities that make "a future superstar penciller." Shadow-X
Shadow-X (also known as the Dark X-Men) is a supervillain group appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The characters only appeared in ''New Excalibur''. All of their costumes are the colors of black and red. They are not officially given a name until ''New Excalibur'' #19 where they are referred to as Shadow-X in the "Previously..." section and by Juggernaut on the final page of the issue. How this name came about is unexplained, and prior to this the team was called the Dark X-Men by fans, reviews, and even the Marvel preview descriptions. It refers to the fact that the team was created and controlled by the Shadow King - the Shadow King's "Shadow X"-Men. Nocturne (Talia Josephine "T.J." Wagner) is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character is depicted as a member of the reality-hopping Exiles and formerly associated with New Excalibur. Fictional character biography Nocturne is from an alternative reality outside the main Marvel Universe (Earth-616). Juggernaut (Cain Marko) is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by writer Stan Lee and artist/co-writer Jack Kirby, he first appeared in ''Uncanny X-Men, X-Men'' #12 (July 1965) as an adversary of the X-Men, eponymous superhero team. Since then, he has come into conflict with other heroes, primarily Spider-Man and the Hulk. Cain Marko is a regular human who was empowered by a gem belonging to the deity Cyttorak, becoming a literal human juggernaut.
