Linghu An
Linghu An (; born October 1946) is a Chinese politician who served as party secretary of Yunnan from 1997 to 2001 and chairman of the Yunnan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference from 1998 to 2001. He was a representative of the 15th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party and a member of the 15th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. He was a member of the Standing Committee of the 17th CCP Central Commission for Discipline Inspection. He was a delegate to the 9th National People's Congress and a member of the Standing Committee of the 12th National People's Congress. He was a member of the Standing Committee of the 10th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. Shanxi
Shanxi (; ; formerly romanised as Shansi) is a landlocked province of the People's Republic of China and is part of the North China region. The capital and largest city of the province is Taiyuan, while its next most populated prefecture-level cities are Changzhi and Datong.
