Lina Marín
Lina Marín (died June 23, 1989) was a Mexican actress of Zapotec descent, known for her performance in '' A Man Called Horse'' (1970) and for her starring role opposite Gaspar Henaine "Capulina" in ''El bueno para nada'' (1973). Biography Marín was born Felipa Cartas Orozco in the region of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec, in the municipality of Unión Hidalgo, Oaxaca. At age 14 she moved to Mexico City, where she began her acting career with a small role in the drama film ''El derecho de nacer'' in 1966. She had prominent supporting roles in ''La marcha a Zacatecas'' and ''El último pistolero'' (both 1969) before playing a Sioux Indian named Thorn Rose in '' A Man Called Horse'' (1970), the film that gave her international exposure. Gaspar Henaine
Gaspar Henaine (6 January 1927 – 30 September 2011), more commonly known by his pseudonym Capulina, was a Mexican comedian, actor, singer, film producer, and screenwriter. He is best known for partnering with Marco Antonio Campos as the double act Viruta and Capulina and for his subsequent solo career. He was later given the nickname "''El Rey del Humorismo Blanco''" (The King of White Humor), due to his clean, innocent style of comedy. Early life Capulina was born in Chignahuapan, Puebla, the son of Antonio Henaine Helú, a Lebanese businessman, and Concepción Pérez de León (c. 1893 – 27 February 1983), who was also born in Chignahuapan. The Zapotecs ( Valley Zapotec: ''Bën za'') are an indigenous people of Mexico. The population is concentrated in the southern state of Oaxaca, but Zapotec communities also exist in neighboring states. The present-day population is estimated at approximately 400,000 to 650,000 persons, many of whom are monolingual in one of the native Zapotec languages and dialects. Juchitán de Zaragoza (; Spanish name; Isthmus Zapotec: ''Xabizende'' ) is an indigenous town in the southeast of the Mexican state of Oaxaca. It is part of the Juchitán District in the west of the Istmo de Tehuantepec region. With a 2005 census population of 74,714 inhabitants, it is the fourth-largest city in the state (just barely behind Salina Cruz).
