Liliana Fellner
Liliana Beatriz Fellner (born 28 February 1957) is an Argentine politician. She was a National Senator representing Jujuy Province from 2005 to 2017, and a National Deputy elected in the same province from 2003 to 2005. She is a member of the Kolina party, founded by Alicia Kirchner. Career Fellner received a diploma in biochemistry in 1982 from the National University of Tucumán and among other postgraduate courses gained her Masters in Administration at the Instituto Populorum Progressio in San Salvador de Jujuy. She worked at the National University of Tucumán and the National University of Jujuy and at research institutes. In 1999, Fellner was appointed Secretary of Culture and Tourism for the Province of Jujuy and led the successful bid to list the Quebrada de Humahuaca as a UNESCO World Heritage Site 2002-03. The Honorable Senate of the Argentine Nation ( es, Honorable Senado de la Nación Argentina) is the upper house of the National Congress of Argentina. Overview The National Senate was established by the Argentine Confederation on July 29, 1854, pursuant to Articles 46 to 54 of the 1853 Constitution. There are 72 members: three for each province and three for the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. The number of senators per province was raised from two to three following the 1994 amendment of the Argentine Constitution as well as the addition of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires' senators. Kolina (an acronym of Corriente de Liberación Nacional; lit. "National Liberation Current") is a kirchnerist political party in Argentina founded in 2010 by Alicia Kirchner, sister of former president of Argentina, Néstor Kirchner. The party now forms part of the Frente de Todos, the ruling coalition supporting President Alberto Fernández. Eduardo Fellner
Eduardo Alfredo Fellner (born 16 June 1954) is an Argentine Peronist politician. He was President of the Argentine Chamber of Deputies and governor of Jujuy Province for two terms. Life and times Fellner was born in Río Tercero, Córdoba, and was raised in Villa Palpalá, Jujuy Province, where his father had found work in the Zapla steel mill, the country's oldest and largest. The young Fellner later relocated to Tucumán, where he earned a ''juris doctor'' at the Saint Thomas Aquinas University of the North. He returned to Jujuy in 1983, and was appointed Solicitor General of the province, later becoming District Attorney. Quebrada De Humahuaca
The Quebrada de Humahuaca is a narrow mountain valley located in the province of Jujuy in northwest Argentina, north of Buenos Aires (). It is about long, oriented north–south, bordered by the Altiplano in the west and north, by the Sub-Andean hills in the east, and by the warm valleys (''Valles Templados'') in the south. The name ''quebrada'' (literally "broken") translates as a deep valley or ravine. It receives its name from Humahuaca, a small city of 11,000 inhabitants.
