Lieke Elisabeth Petronella Martens (; born 16 December 1992) is a Dutch professional Association football, footballer who plays as a Forward (association football), winger or midfielder for Division 1 Féminine club Paris Saint-Germain Féminine, Paris Saint-Germain and the Netherlands women's national football team, Netherlands national team. Martens began her professional career playing for Netherlands, Dutch, Germany, German and Belgium, Belgian clubs relatively close to her hometown of Bergen, Limburg. The 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup was the seventh FIFA Women's World Cup, the quadrennial international soccer championship contested by the women's national teams of the member associations of FIFA. The Division 1 Féminine, shortened as D1 Féminine or D1F, and currently known as D1 Arkema for sponsorship reasons, is the highest division of women's football in France.
